These terms apply to our private tours, custom travel planning, and travel arrangements in South Korea. Please read them together with your quotation, service description, and cancellation policy before making a payment.
1. Our Services
We provide private guided tours and custom travel services for individuals, families, groups, and corporate clients.
Depending on your booking, services may include itinerary planning, guiding, transportation arrangements, accommodation, activities, and reservations.
Your quotation will specify the services included, any exclusions, and the total price. Services not listed as included will be charged separately only with your approval.
2. Free Initial Consultation
Your first consultation is free, with no obligation to book.
During this consultation, we discuss your travel dates, group size, interests, budget, and general service options.
Detailed itinerary design, research, and reservation coordination may require a separate planning fee. We will explain the scope and fee and obtain your agreement before starting any paid work.
3. Custom Travel Planning
Before you purchase a planning service, we will confirm:
- The planning fee and payment schedule.
- The itinerary or other materials you will receive.
- The number and scope of revisions included.
- The expected delivery date.
- Whether the fee will be credited toward a subsequent tour booking.
- The applicable cancellation and refund conditions.
A planning service does not include reservations or guarantee availability unless expressly stated. Supplier prices and availability may change before bookings are confirmed.
Additional requests beyond the agreed scope may involve an extra fee. We will obtain your approval before proceeding.
4. Quotations & Pricing
Quotations are based on the travel dates, number of participants, itinerary, and services requested.
Each quotation will state its currency, validity period, applicable taxes, and any additional charges.
Changes to your dates, group size, itinerary, or service requirements may affect the price. Any revised charges will be explained for your approval before the changes are confirmed.
5. Booking & Payment
Sending an inquiry or receiving a quotation does not confirm a reservation.
A booking is confirmed when you have accepted the booking terms, we have received the required payment, and we have issued written confirmation.
The required deposit and payment method will be stated in your quotation. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the remaining balance is due seven days before the tour or service begins.
For bookings made within seven days of the service date, full payment may be required to confirm the reservation.
If payment is overdue, we will contact you before taking any cancellation action and explain the applicable conditions.
6. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
Please send cancellation or change requests to your designated booking contact. We will acknowledge receipt in writing.
Before payment, you will receive the cancellation conditions applicable to your booking, including:
- Cancellation deadlines and any charges.
- Conditions for changing dates or participant numbers.
- Late arrival and no-show conditions.
- Any separately disclosed supplier cancellation charges.
- The refund method and processing timeframe.
Tour bookings and planning services may have different cancellation conditions.
Any charge for planning work already completed must follow the conditions disclosed before purchase and applicable law. A planning fee is not automatically non-refundable.
Nothing in these terms limits any cancellation or refund rights you have under applicable law.
7. Itinerary Changes & Service Disruptions
Weather, traffic, venue closures, safety concerns, or other circumstances may require an itinerary change.
We will inform you as soon as reasonably possible and discuss suitable alternatives. Material changes and additional costs require your agreement.
If we cancel a service and you do not accept an alternative, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled service. Any further rights or compensation will be handled under the applicable contract and law.
For disruptions beyond reasonable control, we will explain the available alternatives and how any cancellation charges or refunds are calculated.
8. Guest Information & Participation
Please provide accurate booking details and tell us about relevant accessibility needs, dietary requirements, or other requirements before booking.
We will explain whether the proposed service can accommodate your needs. Please do not send medical information beyond what is necessary to arrange the service.
Guests must follow reasonable safety instructions and venue rules. Children must be supervised by a parent or accompanying adult unless a separate supervision service has been expressly agreed.
Your booking confirmation will specify the meeting point, start time, and contact details. If you expect to be late, please contact us promptly.
9. External Service Providers
Some services may be delivered by independent transportation companies, hotels, restaurants, activity operators, or other suppliers.
We will identify relevant supplier conditions before you agree to a booking and clarify whether we are providing, arranging, or introducing the service.
The involvement of an external provider does not remove any responsibility we have under your contract or applicable law.
10. Responsibility & Personal Belongings
We are responsible for providing our agreed services with reasonable care and skill.
Please take reasonable care of your personal belongings and notify us promptly of any incident or service problem so that we can assist.
We recommend appropriate travel insurance for your trip. Insurance does not replace our contractual or legal responsibilities.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Privacy & Photographs
We handle personal information as described in our separate Privacy Policy.
We will obtain permission before using identifiable guest photographs or videos for promotional purposes. Permission is optional and does not affect your booking.
For identifiable photographs of children, permission must be given by a parent or legal guardian.
12. Questions, Complaints & Applicable Law
If you have a question or complaint, please contact us using the details below. We will review the issue and seek a fair resolution.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to your booking.
Booking-specific conditions will be provided before payment. Later changes to these website terms will not alter an existing booking without your agreement, except where required by law.
